Zambian champions ZANACO has started the CAF Champions league with a comfortable win against Gambia Armed Force football club with three nil win at home in Lusaka.
ZANIS sports reports that ZANACO Captain Ziyo Tembo opened the three goal win in the first half when with a strong header from a corner kick in the 38th Minutes.
Former Power Dynamos striker Martin Phiri increased the tally 2 minutes later to register his official arrival to the bankers as a new striker.
The visiting team were guilty of being wasteful on goals in the dying minutes of the first half as they missed clean cut chances on counter.
